Power user licence does not provide UMS functionality as stated in product description
6.0.8
SP_RELEASE_3Q10_6.0
2-Required

I have the standard demo licenses for R6 and a Power user and a Tele user should have access to UMS. I have assigned a Power user profile and doubl clicking the power user license shows the user as added. Also UMS is selected in the VM tab. VMPro client show 4 UMS seats and Web services started. When access the URL I get a screen back that says "Unable to acquire a license for this service"

Use system monitor unless of course you are a Tard then it IS the fault of the pbx.

I wouldn't be surprised if that is affecting you even if it doesn't affect all systems.

Our R6 Power User license is working to provide UMS but I also have R5 UMS licenses available on the system (although not enabled).

I would uninstall and reinstall all the of Voicemail Pro components including PHP. I had to reboot after the uninstall to get UMS working before the reinstall helped.

I have the same issue. I have all the licenses, but it shows as unlicensed.

Yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled ad-nauseum with no resolution. TTS works so I suppose at least one bundled license option works. I have been slowly installing all of the apps and my progress has come to a full stop trying to figure out the UMS failure. But I suppose I will proceede with contactstore or onex portal.
