I am wondering if there is a report, or some way, to find agents that are programmed within Contact Center 6.0 that have not logged in, lets say, within the past year.
Agent licenses for Contact Center 6.0 are no longer available. I'm pretty sure this customer has plenty agent ID's that have not been used (logged in)for a year or more.

You could run a login/logout report, that would show when the last login was.

there are several reports that yon can run that would give back those slots. we use agent names so when someone leaves we get a name change request, helping us with the same problem

Thanks for the ideas folks.
True enough, build as many as you like but only the licensed amount of users can log in at the same time.
I was trying to run the login/logout report and received a error stating something like I can only run the report for 300 agents at a time. (I selected all) Just another reason I would like to get rid of those stale agents.
