Hello,
I am working in a rather big company with several needs around reports and how the data should be presented. In order to please as many as possible we have some big universes with several hierarchys to choose from when we building reports and decides how to drill down in the reports.
And when I am using Business objects I can choose which hierarchy I want.
But when I am trying to do the same in WEBI I cant find the same choice. And the selection of dimensions to drill makes the WEBI-reports too slow, and the users might loos the track of where they are in the reports.
I have tried to search through the manual and done some “Googling” and it seems that WEBI don’t have the opportunity to choose among hierarchys.
So now I have to turn to you folks with this question:
Is there a way to specify which hierarchy I will use in my WEBI reports, or do I have to make my reports with Business objects and export these to the corporate documents?
Oh I almost forgotten, I am using version 6.5 of Business Objects.
Best regards
Gunnien
