I want to setup office to add a call center for five agent
which of these system will best suit my requirment and what other items will I need.
1. G250
2. G700 with S8300 processor
Any help

Could you consider IP-Agent, especially if the location is on your LAN / WAN?

We have these two system and I had the option to choose one
we are about 9 in number as staff and want to setup in a way that all 9 will have phone and then have 5 agent for callcenter,below are the what i want to have or need.

IP trunks
BRI trunks
Basic call centre functionality
1 of each of the phones you wish to supply – IP and Digital
5 license presence preview dialer, this can be switched on for 72 hour demos
1X software – 5 users PBX to cellular
Libra
4 channel analogue
4 Channel digital – AVAYA
4 Channel digital – NORTEL
