I want to setup office to add a call center for five agent
which of these system will best suit my requirment and what other items will I need.

We have these two system and I had the option to choose one
we are about 9 in number as staff and want to setup in a way that all 9 will have phone and then have 5 agent for callcenter,below are the what i want to have or need.
