IPSI and S8720

Im just setting up 2 S8720 servers and 2 G650 gateways.

The 2 S8720 are reporting that they see each other and appear ok. I can ping other devices on the network including the IPSI cards ip but i cant seem to find out how to tell the S8720 what the IP address of the IPSI is so it can connect.

Im also unable to get a SAT as it says permission denied, this is via telnet or the console

you need to log into CM. The command is "add ips x". A form will display where you specify the parameters of the IPSI including the IP Address.

i need to get a SAT session first and this is where im having issues. Theres another post about this currently active.

did you create an ip-service and bind SAT on one of the CLAN's?

no i havent, how would i go about doing that?

have you define your node-names?
