IPOFFICE IS UNUSABLE UNITIL UPGRADE LIC IS ADDED

Hi All,

The IPO500v2 was received with 8.1 release SD card, then we did an upgrade to 9.0 with license.
Now we are connecting an 9.0 release SD card with the same IPO500v2 unit by removing the existing.
I am getting the below error in monitor, no phones are working, no login available to System Status.

"IPOFFICE IS UNUSABLE UNTIL UPGRADE LICENSE IS ADDED" in monitor.

I have a valid Essential Edition license for this 9.0 SD card.

How can i resolve it.

Do you have the "Software Upgrade 7" license?

That hardware was locked at 8.1 when you used it on 8.1 before upgrading it. The upgrade licence was present on the old card but not on the new one

How to unlock the 500v2 hardware for 9.0??

By adding the licence

The SD card is the license dongle so if you change SD card then you also remove the licenses from the IPO.
