IPoffice incoming calls not displaying saved names in directory

Dear all,

i am facing an issue with IPO ,saved contacts in directory not displaying for incoming calls.It was working fine and after ISP
changed their ONT devices ,this issue started. I can see the caller iD feature is working fine and it displaying the number.But the same number is saved in directory and it is displaying the sames.

Please let me know ,if you have any solution for this.

SIP trunk or ISDN?

For SIP you can set Name Priority.

Yeah, if SIP sounds like it may be set to favour trunk over directory.

NO .It is analog trunk line.NOT SIP or ISDN PRI

So the carrier changed something and it then stopped working. I'd find out what the carrier did.
