ipoffice 406 4.2 auto attendant, vm lite or embedded

I'm struggling here a bit...

I want 3 phones to ring, then go to something i assume the auto attendant which would give instructions like press 1 to leave a message for whoever, 2 for someone else etc...

How do I do that?

I have ip office 406 4.2 w/ vmlite or embedded

I have a hunt group main, that overflows to another group, that other group contains one phantom user that forwards to a short code to the AA (except it doesnt work)

If I dial the shortcode i dont get a AA type message i just get the ability to leave a message on the phone im calling from?

Does voicemail run as a seperate program, or do you have a memory card in the IPO unit for embedded? VMlite does not have the AutoAttendant feature..

well the one i'm trying to figure it out on has vmlite, but the one I want to implement on has embedded... so embedded...

In manager click on Auto attendant section then right click and select new then click help, it talks you through a lot of it. Basically you use shortcodes to record the prompts, most is self explanitary.

Works for 2 hrs unlicenced then it stops, you can restart it though.
