IPOCCR Wallboard Account Locked

Have Wallboard running on a stand alone PC, however when the PC restarts after power failure IPOCCR won't allow it to login saying Account Locked. Have restarted the PC and the Server, still same..
Last time I had to delete the Wallboard account from the server and reconfigure the new wallboard. There must be a simpler way.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is a strange error i could never figure out how to fix completely. The temp fix is to clear out the event alarms in Microsoft event viewer on the CCR machine. Clear out all security alarms and events and then reset all CCR services. For some reason that does the trick. Hope this works!
