I have an IPO500v2 and recently we migrated from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams. We didn't integrate IPO with S4B before, but now, we want to know if is posible do it with Teams. I don't find docs for teams specifically, I found integration with S4b using Preferred Edition license, Avaya communicator and OneXportal, but I don't know if is the same if I try with teams.

There is none. Keep them separate and enjoy!

Or get Direct Routing for Teams and ditch the IPO [2thumbsup]

Hi Travis

Just tried the teams integration, and whilst I can use the communicator for web to click to dial any telephone number in a chrome webpage, I get no Avaya icons within teams (even after numerous different level restarts).

Strange. Mine works. I am on Mac.. don't know if that should matter.. it's just a Google Chrome extension.
Make sure you have the correct extension.

Avaya Communicator for Web.

So, you don't need the Onex portal Solutions for this kind of deplyment?

No, I don't believe so.
It's talking directly to the IPO. IM and Presence is being handled by MS or Google, depending on what you choose.

The admin guide says

Avaya Communicator for Web is designed to work with IP Office Preferred Edition, IP Office Server Edition, and IP Office Select through the use of the one-X Portal Web Service APIs (call control, directory), XMPP over BOSH (Instant Messaging and Presence), and WebRTC (Voice and Video calling).
Once loaded, users can authorize themselves via their Google, Salesforce.com, or Office 365 accounts. Server address information for the IP Office server may either be entered manually or provisioned automatically for users and their IP Office account.

I'll have to work out what this means …

Helps if you check Teams in chrome and not the Windows Desktop App :)

I tried that but as I don't allow 3rd Party cookies it wouldn't load [flush2]
