IPO500 call forward no answer in hunt group from a analog trunk line

Dear expert,

IPO500 10..1.0.0.0 build 237
I wanted to setup a call forward no answer for a hunt group with two hunt members.
but it failed to sequential hunt to another member while a incoming call from a analog trunk.
The group no answer time is 10, user no answer time is 20 and coverage time is 10.
The incoming call dropped after 50 sec. without the no answer hunt.

Please advise if I do sometime wrong?

You want to make sure each analog line has the same incoming call route number. Also you want to make sure the extensions are using Appearance A B C instead of Line appearances.

Sure, all analog trunks are in the same incoming route number. For extensions, each of them has the a=,b=,c= ( normal three keys buttoms).

I can honestly say I have never tried to use two extensions with sequential hunt for off site transfer but I would use Monitor to see why the second call is not completing. You should be able to see targeting and such. You could also try rotary hunt to see if it works any different. Just make sure you have two analogs available per concurrent call.

How about one of the key is line appearance besides the a,b,c?

I tested the busy call forward and it was successfully in sequential from A to B. I will test the rotary hunt later. thx!

I tried to dial the group no. and #A is ringing.
After 3 rings the call went to #B (this is what we want).
But while dial the incoming call through the analog trunk (ICR to the group no.) to #A and it did not hunting (no answer) to #B?
