IPO with Nortel phones and ICLID

500v2 on 7.0.5

Using SIP trunks, but heard this is happening on PRI as well.

ICLID comes in fine on Avaya sets, shows number while ringing. While ringing, the Nortel sets (T7416E and T7406E) show "External".
If the Nortel sets answer it, they see the CID after going offhook...not while ringing.

Anyone have this? Know a fix?

I have this now on some SIP trunks (Flowroute) as well. But am not opening a ticket, as it will be blamed on the trunks.....

Guy's I have an IP Office 500 V2 7.0.27 with Nortel T7316E phones and this started happening to me. Three analog lines ...but the weird thing is lines 2 and 3 would show external>Main while line one showed CLID ?? Any advise another then a ticket with Avaya?
