IPO V8.1 Delete extension greyed out 3

Hi All

I have an Ayaya IPO V8.1. I have some extensions I don't recognise. I have gone to delete them by right clicking and the delete option is Greyed out. I am able to delete any of the other extensions it is just the ones i don't recognise that i can't. They are showing as unknown SIP devices.

Any ideas ?

they he probably been auto generated by the IPO when an IP softphone tries to register
are you using softphone?
if not do you hae any port forwarding from the interet to the iP office? this is a good indication of hacking attemost & you need to secure your system.

They do use soft phone. Is there a way of removing the extensions ?

No. When they log out of the softphone the extension is automatically deleted. It only exists whilst they are logged in on the softphone.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
