IPO V2 keeps restarting

Anyone experienced the TLB error and IPO v2 restarting?

Termination Cause: <TLB Data Load Error> addr=000001e0 d=5 pc=f07b1a68 stack=f51effc4 f15c324c f152bfa0 f07afd4c f07b386c

IPO version - 11.1.1.0.0 build 209 essential edition, SIP line.

I did the search before opening this thread and saw the link you mentioned.

I just hoping there's a fix other that upgrade to 11.1.2.4.

Anyways the upgrade work has been scheduled.
 
I also had the case with the cabinet to be replaced.
Avaya's diag was "power supply failure".

I really prefer upgrading to change hardware ;)
Most important is that is solved.
 
I observe when I open the system status, it says "You already have a System Status session to this Control Unit".

If I click "Disconnect existing session", the IPO restarts.
