Guys,

I have re-recorded (3) AA greetings on the Release stated above and have programmed 2-buttons on a 1416 with a DBM-32 button module to manually activate which greeting to be used (Open, Closed and Away From), however, it is not working.
I verified that the recordings are saved and I also hard-rebooted the IPO, without any success.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated as always
Thanks much

Explaining better what you have programmed on the buttons would help - last time I looked there were over 150 possible button features. Any other bits, eg. time profiles, etc would also help otherwise you're asking us to answer your question by guessing.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

No problem...
One of the buttons is programmed with Action: Call Forwarding All and Action Data: AA:AWAY FROM
One (1)Time Profile: businessopen - Sunday to Saturday, 12:00am to 11:59pm
The ICR - Default value: Destination is AA:Open new -- this is the one programmed entry

I've attached a pic with the Time Profile, Button #16 programming and one of the AA greetings that isn't playing.

Another point to note, only the main AA greeting is playing even when the other greetings are selected.

Please feel free to request any additional info

Thanks again

You must forward to a shortcode to ignite the AA

SC = *66XX
TN = "AA:"N
Action = AutoAttendand
Line ID = 0

Forward unconditional number = *66<the AA number>

Thanks intrigant for your input...just to be clear as my access to the site is limited

SC = *66XX -- 'XX' implies what exactly
TN = "AA:"N -- understood
Action = AutoAttendand -- understood
Line ID = 0 -- understood

Forward unconditional number = *66<the AA number> -- e.g. if the AA is 8103 then, its *668103...correct?

Regards

XX is the number of the AA NOT the shortcode you use to record messaages.
If the thort code is *8412 then the AA number is 13
