Ok im im trying to connect a legend r7 to ip406v2 with pri i can get it to come up for a few mins make a few calls then it goes down. im set to 5ess legend pbx. im set 5ess and at&t in the ipo. no alarm lights on ds1 cards but can not make calls after a few mins after reseting trunks. i have looked at the avaya tech. tip #134 im setup that way , What am i missing?

I haven't looked at the Tech Tip myself, but does it indicate PRI? I have done it with a T-1 E&M trunk before but never a PRI. I do know however that the Legend / Magix does not suport NI2 PRI - Only NI1. I believe in the IPO you can select NI1 or NI2.

I've done this w/ PRI w/ no issues. Might be a clocking source?? Do you have another T1 in the IPO or the Legend? Check your clocking sources.....telco T1's should be the network, and the other should be fallback. Stick w/ the 5ESS, you don't want NI2.

the legend has a pri from local telco, i have another pri to a branch location and then the pri to the ipo. im clocking off the telco. i have all three cabinets in use 2 slots empty.
ok i have done some testing and i can setup a switch idenical to the one at the customers location. i installed 3 cabinets, processor, 1-408gs/ls slot 1, and then my 100d in slot 15 and it works fine. im am about to pull all of my hair out at this point.
im starting to think about my back planes and power supplys. what else should i look at?

Shine i pulled all the cards out of the customers switch and just left the processor the 408 and my ds1 in slot 15 and it still has issues it will drop in about 3 or 4 mins after making calls back and forth.
then i put in in my test switch and it comes up and works fine. the only thing at this point that is different is the planes and the power supplys
