IPO Soft Phone Mute problem

Hello all,

I need your help about Softphone, My mute button doesn't working correctly. I saw before Avaya said that "The speaker and microphone mute feature is only available if the sound card supports it".

I'm ok but ComunicationManager's softphone, 3th party SIP application working correctly so my sound cards (Bluetooth, onboard, Platronix USB headset and Creative sound card)

I tried any operation system (XP,Vista and Windows7)

Have you ever seen this problem ?

By the way I started the phone manager with debug mode and when I pressing the mute button debug mode this is the message "SetMute::Unable to open Mixer hr=2".

This is an issue that is related to your PC SoundCard! This happens very offen!
A solution is to open volume control and manually (from windows Operation system)..
(I beleive is the only one for now! )
