When reading this, think of a community prison phone as this is very similar situation.
Customer has an IPO Preferred 11.1.3.0.0 build 23 with Media Manager and J139 phones.
The community phones are 5 J129s (SIP phones, not SIP Features) located in a common area.
For these phones there will be 80+ residents that will have the below time for usage.
For these phones they want to...
Limit calls to 15 minutes...done using t(15) in Telephone Number field in ARS.
Record all conversations and store up to 30 days...done with Media Manager VRL. Recording prompt engaged.
Customer is ok with searching Media Manager via number dialed to identify the resident that called.
Allow external calling between 8a-8p m-f...done with Time Profile
Give each resident a few external numbers each to call that are being recorded... done with ARS.
Here is where i need help. Customer now wants the following along with the above.
***Only allow each resident 2 phone calls a week within the above time period and no more calls once 2 have been made.***
I haven't found a good way to log in/out (out is simple using the SC-in is cumbersome) of the J129s so I'm not sure user change would help the situation.
Account codes would be good if i could restrict the amount of times they could be used in a week or in a time period.
I'm at a loss at the moment on a way to possibly do this. Any help on this is appreciated. Thanks guys!
