IPO : SCN fall back

I have 2 ip office version 6.1.
system A as main unit (have 30 ip ext), system B as back up unit.
i created h323 line with supplementary service : scn fall back on both of two system.
when i shutdown system A, all ip phone registered to system B, telephone can function normally, but the display BLANK.
any advise ?

6.1.5 or 6.1.12 ?
There is an issue resolved in 6.1.12 for VPN phones and blank displays.
So try 6.1.12 when you are not running that version.

Is there any Cisco equipment between these two IP Offices? If there are then ensure that H323 inspections are switched off. This can cause the blank display you are experiencing.

there are not cisco equipment.
all 2 ip office are connected to switch (HP).
on system A, i created h323 line 17, with supplementary service : scn fall back, gateway ip address : system B.
on system B, i created h323 line 18, with supplementary service : scn, gateway ip address : system A.
anything wrong ?
