I know very little about the Embedded Messaging and need help on whether or not this can be done as I am having trouble implementing it.
the sale person sold it to the customer like this and I am trying to make it work.

they want calls during the day to come into the main hunt group and after 6 ring roll over to the auto attendant and play the day greeting, after the greeting plays they want calls to be dumped into a general mailbox, no other dtmf options in the AA.
then after hours they want all calls to go to the auto attenant and play the night greeting and then go to the same general mailbox as during the day.
i have the time profiles setup and the single auto attendant with the day and night greetings but I cant seem to get the calls to roll over to the AA after it goes to the main hunt group and I cant seem to get the time profiles to control the AA correctly...
I know this is asking alot but I just figured if anyone could help it would be the users on this forum...

VMPro.... that is all they need, if it is too costly then tell them "bad luck, not possible".
Do not try to emulate this kind of thing with embedded vm, you will be a lot more on-site for free maintenance as the system has cost totally in the beginning.

Call Avaya, costs only €400 per hour, you must buy at least five hours.
But then you can talk to a REAL expert....
Now that is what i call support.
