Hello Guru's!
hoping someone can help me here........
I have two sites SCN'd Site A and Site B. they both use SIP Lines for outgoing and incoming calls both have there own SIP credentials and own number on each system.
I am trying to have user at Site A dial out on Site B's SIP trunk through SCN. Is this possible? Or even have then log in as a user in Site B and dial out on site B trunk.
the reason is that user at site A works for company site B and when they dial out would like to show the SIP line Caller ID of Site B.
Is there a way in Site A to force it to show the user SIP tab number i put in there?

your help will be greatly appeciated!!!

cheers

It's all possible

Assuming you dial 9 and the telephone number for outbound
Program the User's short code for 9N to dial 9N on the outgoing line group ID of the SCN trunk to the other site.

Or, program the user's 9N to dial NSxxxxxxxxxx and the ARS that points to the SIP trunk URI that uses Automatic or * for outbound

Or, put the user's DID number in the SIP tab of the user, program their 9N short code to dial over the local SIP using the URI for "Use Internal Data"
