IPO R11.0 & DS30B Port 6 Failures

Having a very strange issue....

All IP500 DS30 B modules - when connected to R11.0 Control Unit test fine except port 6.

It lights up but no one hone :)

Tried downgrading to R9 CU and it works fine ... back up to the R11.0 CU and port 6 always fails -

Multiple DS30B ... but the DS30B2 doesn't have that issues.

It has to be a SW issue as all the mods work fine on lower releases ...

Any ideas? Haven't seen anything on Avaya support site yet - PCN etc.
