IPO Partner Version Vmail

Has anyone worked with this? How many auto attendants will it support? Sub-menus? More specificallly looking to do a bi-lingual AA.

This info is from Ron Rogers, Avaya SME Product Mgr:
It is similar to embedded VM; it has one level AA (no sub-menus), dial-by-name, selector codes, xfer to vmail, business schedule with a morning, afternoon, evening, and night greeting. It is a step above P Vs Msg, but does not have the full functionality of P Msg. The next release should have multiple AA and sub-menus.

A bilingual work-around is to record the AA greeting with something like:

"Thank you for calling ABC Company.
If you speak Spanish, please press XX" (this sentence is recorded in Spanish)

The caller is sent to either:
- a person who speaks that language
- a mailbox with a recorded greeting in that language

You can dial out of a mailbox by pressing star 8 and a two-digit extension number. You could use the bi-lingual mailbox as an AA with verbiage such as:

For sales, press *812
For parts, press *813

The IPO Partner release is geared to the Small business who already have a Partner and a sugnificant investment in phones who don't plan on any sugnificant growth. IPO w/Voicemail PRO is a much better investment for any business with growth in mind.
