IPO Enterprise Server Based with 500v2 Expansion Unit - SIP Challenge

Greetings, all!
We have some analog stations and fax lines sitting on the 500v2 expansion unit that connects to our IPO Server Edition (v11). All of our voice services are SIP trunks via an Avaya SBC. I don't know what changed, but none of our analog stations can make outbound calls now. (Inbound and extension to extension are working fine.)
Is this a line group or ARS issue? I know my IPO pretty well, but we did not complete the SIP work and I am at a loss!
Any thoughts?
