IPO Embedded Messaging Mailbox Full

Hello All,
I am sure that I havent looked hard enough for the answer to this one but here it is.
I have a customer that is on an IPO 500 V2 7.0(23) with the 2 port Embedded Messaging. Small office only two mailboxes assigned. One is a person the other is the main hunt groups mailbox. in the system status tool i see no messages in the two mailboxes and when logged into either mailbox there are no messages to delete yet when you call into either you get the greeting and when it is time to leave a message it states "Sorry, the mailbox is full, you cannot leave a message for this user, Goodbye."
Can anyone give me an idea on how i can correct this?

I would take a look on the SD card from the embbed file management or put it in a card reader.
Check the LVMail folders.

I dont mean to sound like i dont know what I am doing but I dont know this interface as well as when i started the IPOP and I spend alot more time with CM now a days. I can see the LVMAIL files in the Embedded File Manager but what am I looking for..?

You are looking for files
But take a look at all files and folders.
Maybe the card has corrupted?
I have seen folders with $$$$ in front of the folder name.
Start monitor and go to filters ->services and check the option memory card commands.
Then remove the card and plug it back in.
Post the trace here.
