Hello,

can i setup the IPO with VM Pro, that there is an incomming call, that goes into the queue, the vm looks on a database wich priority this call has, and then divert the call priorized to an extension? If this works, where can i set the priorisation?

Thank you very much

Thomas

you could do the database part of it based on caller id or some kind of caller input then have certain calls transer right out to people and other calls transfer into a que. You would do this with the destinations in the database

If routing by CLI just route the calls through a VMPro callflow that uses a CLI routing action to route the call as required.

i belive you could also use a test condition within VMPro
