Here are the settings i mostly use;
The dialplan is Dutch, but you know the idea.

Auth ID= extension number
User ID= extension number

I seem to remember that the under the RTP parameter the 'RTP Packet Size' should be adjusted from the default 0.030 to 0.020. But that could be an adjustment neccesary for another type of Pabx.
OK so I defaulted the PAP2T and using your settings, I still receive a cannot connect to login server on PAP2T, I receive the following error in sysmon:
2940570041mS Sip: SIP REG: ProcessRegistrationRequest, delete phone receiver 386 if phone size is 0 (size: 0)
2940570042mS Sip: SIP REG: user 821 not found
Are you sure I am putting the correct info in the user ID/Auth ID etc.. I double checked the password settings so I know I am using the correct one.
Also i can dial out fine using the default dial plan but it takes forever, I assume modifying/customizig the dial plan would help fix this? If so how should it look for North American area code 319 on an IP Office? I am really confused about how the dial plan works.
