Hello ...

IPO send this alert ever minute (Alarm Clear: Memory utilization normal.), why this error and how to solve it ?

Had this issue twice before

One was that there was a lot of unused voicemail boxes storing up voice messages had to go through the system and delete them.

Second had this issue on 9.1.0.0.437. there was no explanation as to why i was having the issue so i upgraded to the latest release at the time which solved the issue (9.1.6).

What is the setup that you have?
How often does the alarm occur?
What diagnostics have you gone through to try clear the error?

its a bit hard to guess they have VMP if you never mentioned it.

The issue i had with this alarm with the unused mailboxes was on embedded not VMP as an FYI

1. AVAYA IPO 9.1.10 ... Voicemail Pro ...
ContactStore ... One-X Portal.
2. Weeks ago ... more than 140 times
3. Check the Embbeded file Managemet...normal. memory size, check the ipo back cpu and as card light green ... normal, restart ipo .

Nothing the alarm still exists
