IPO 9.1 as Distributed Branch Office using WebLM

Have opened a case with Avaya for an IPO 9.1 (was upgraded from 9.0 prior to any calls) that is being set up as a distributed branch office off a CS1000. The IPO connects to the WebLM, but doesn't see the Enhanced or any other valid licenses. Also, getting some authentication errors in the System Manager logs, so trying to determine what part uses each account (SMGRBAdmin, BranchAdmin, system manager, etc.) Does anyone on here have this working in the real world? I believe that 9.0 used SMGRBAdmin and 9.1 uses BranchAdmin; however, the Config Tool created the SMGRB account, not BranchAdmin. Have created it manually, but still no joy.... waiting for Avaya to get back with us after reviewing the data we've provided.

Haven't had an active role in this one recently, but the last I heard was that they had us re-host the licenses on the IPO itself instead of the recommended WebLM. Since I haven't been told it's ready for programming yet, I think they're still working on it.
 
Just downgraded my branch and it worked strait away!
No WebLM problem. Next is to upgrade to 9.1 again to see if this is really a problem with the release.

Upgraded the 9.0 system again to 9.1
First, upgrade was not possible until security was reset.
Then upgrade was done, but WebLM is not functioning again. I'ts in 30 days grace period now.

Is there someone who can confirm, Branch - especialy the part with PLDS licenses via WebLM from System Manager - is working for IPO release 9.1 (SP3) ? Many thanks!
 
Downgrading to 9.0.7 again.
Also not possible until security reset. In progress now...
 
Wait and see what Avaya says as you already have a case opened up with them
 
My system is fine now. But only when running 9.0.7.
When upgrading to 9.1 SP3, the thing stops at the stage of getting the license from WebLM.

I would appreciate if someone could tell us about a successful Branch installation where the IPO is running 9.1 SP3.

@oceanSD: Did you get some words from Avaya?
 
According to the engineer that's been working with them, where we stand now is the licensing for the endpoints is on the IPO, the rest are on the WebLM. The system is now recognized as a branch; however, when they launch IPO Manager from System Manager, the Users section is grayed out, so they can't add Users. Expecting to work on this today...

@Albus2 - did you open a ticket with Avaya?
 
No. This is a test installation. No IPOSS...
However, I may open one later. For now, 9.0 is working and is what I have get working for the customer.
