Hey guys, I have a potential HUGE customer with an old Nortel Op11 with 400+ digital phones that we're quoting a couple IPOs to network together and act as one system. Catch is, their call center uses Microsoft CRM and they need the ability to screen pop on calls. I could only find documentation going back to 2003 (Tech Bulletin 11) that mentions the Microsoft CRM Integration on the User CD.

My question is; does IPO 8+ integrate with Microsoft CRM and does it provide screen pop?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have dreamed a dream, but now that dream has gone from me.

Oak Smart Connect can dial from and pop MS CRM. The old CRM licenses are no longer valid.

Thanks Jamie, you'd think Avaya would have updated something first party...

I have dreamed a dream, but now that dream has gone from me.

These guys also do a great product.

Avaya no longer supports a direct CTI connection to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. They do have a direct connection to Salesforce.com The issue is there are so many CRM platforms out there it is unreasonable for them to build connectors to all of them. I like you would love to see a direct conenctor and maybe one will come, but I was with the head of the IPO product team last week and it does not sound like they are focused on connectors in the next 12-18 months.

That said I like RSI for low cost connectors. I recieved a quote for under $2k for a connector to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
