ipo 500 with 1616 phones 6

I've got a Ipo500 with 4.2.11 soft

The Ip phone's start up. The adresses are entered and then the phone displays INCOMPATIBEL.

Any idea's

Just tried on your home server, into the H.323 folder, but I am quite sure it failed, maybe because is an EXE/ZIP.
As soon I will rename it I will retry.

I wrote down a readme file, just to tell you what I did.

Select all files and then go to the blue arrow (down) and download

Thanks peter. I got them and tried it. It looks like it runs thru the process and then the phone reboots right back to a QE phone. I am going to play with it some more but let me know if it works for you.

i just looked and it only has files for 46xx phones not 16xx phones.

I tried to use this on a 4610 and it accepted the firmware over TFTP but as it was loading diplayed "upgrade not allowed". The documentation implies that I may have entered the MAC wrong but I re-checked and re-made the license file 3 times to no avail.

The procedure has been made to upgrade QE phones to H.323.
Anyway I could tell you I upgraded 15 phones, just one remained blocked during upgrade, it could be it has to be repaired.
Let me add I upgraded them one by one, I didn't try to do many phones simoultaneously.

About the 16xx ones, please let me comeback from holidays, I should be able to post it.
