I have a IPO 500 5.0(8).
We have the VPN firmware loaded and the VPN configured and connected through the phone. We are connecting through a CheckPoint Safe at office VPN firewall. The phone connects and registers to the system just fine. the issue is most of the time not all of the time I only get one way audio. The phone usually cannot hear the other party but the other party can always hear us. The thing that makes it worse is that it sometimes works inconsistently. Occasionally we can have a conversation. I have not been able to figure out a reason why sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. It can go from working to not working and back to working without de-registering or rebooting, within the same session. It never stops working in mid call if it is working.
Any ideas on where to look would be appreciated. The Checkpoint Safe at is not on Avaya's list but the UTM is and the products are similar, but that being said Avaya will not help. Check point has been no help either.
