I have an IPO 406V2 with 2 x DS30 Expansion modules and 1xBRI trunk card and 1 x Analog Trunk Card. Over a weekend I found the extension numbers and huntgroup to factory default however the ip settings remained untouched.
I am running version 3.2 - latest release.

Does anybody met anything like this before?

Cheers.

Only time I've had that happened to me was corruption during config merge.

Worked fine again after uploading the config again.

Janni78, you are right. It happened to me twice when configuring the IPO over a slow network connection. The system defaults and retains only the ip addresses.
This time there was no one doing any configurations, therefore I was looking for anybody here in this forum who had a similar problem in the past.

Many thanks.

I had this happen when I was running Manager 3.2 on my computer, and the IPO was still configured at 3.1.65. I was only making a small change in the system and when I merged, I lost the entire config.

I was able to load the config back on to the system, but I've been scared of it happening again!

I ran into an issue with a 406v2 when they first came out. The system itself was defective. It would randomly reboot on it's own and default back to the original config (though it also held the ip address some how). We had opened a ticket with Tier 2 and ended up having to replace the system.

Had it on a 406V2 running 3.0.44 from memory, just reset by itself - no changes were being done at all.
Had it occur lots of times when techs were doing remote merges on 3.1.
Supposed to be a bug that was fixed, Surprised to see it re-appear in 3.2

most off the times this happens when you are NOT straight on the ipo
so always connect directly on the ipo
then you won't have slow connection problems
