IPO 406 V2 Trunk

We have one IP Office 406 v2 and an ATM4 analog truck, whenever I place the ATM4 card on slot A 3 of 4 led on the front of the unit for trunk A blink from time to time

0 - On
x - Off

If we place the ATM4 card on slot B 4 of 4 led remain on all the time.

You always need to use slot B before A, why....beacause that's just the way Avaya works. When in slot B does it work ?
