IP500v2 Stutter DT always heard even with no new msgs (embedded vml)

User claims to hear stutter dial tone, even when he has no new messages (Embedded Voicemail)

Anyone ever hear of this?
How do you enable or disable this feature (if possible)?
 
what des this do? Im not on site to test right now.

If you check the extn with SSA first you can see what is causing it, probably forwarding/follow me set as suggested, you can then cancel it with *00 and tell them what they had done wrong :)

its not uncommon that people trying to dial 0800 sometimes dial *0800 causing DND to come on - just as an example - so when customers say - how is it possible they set DND, thats my standard line ;-)

Happens to me all the time as well, which is why I usually delete all the short codes that are not actually being used, it saves a great deal of time later. If they need a feature, you just pop the code back on.
