hi;

i have a problem with embedded voicemail prompts

in default ip office do not have turkish prompts.

i can easily use turkish prompt with replacing with ENG prompts in voice mail pro,

but in embedded version i changed working turkish wav files to c11 file type. i had successed with compact card in IP500, but now with SD card in IP500v2, after i overwrited my turkish promp files to ENG files, my voicemail feature became disable,

what do you suggest to me...

I suggest that you call Avaya or your business partner about this.

i am working in distributor of avaya in turkey and all business partners will want turkish prompts with embedded voicemail,

i did before the same way with compact flash and successed.
but now something is missing....

What locale do you use ?
Can you post a monitor trace when you call vm ?

i use turkish locale
i see none in system status resource screen
and when i call to VM i receive busy signal

How did you copy those files ?

honey, i fried the IP Office !!!

i changed my folder name to ENU
and i upload my files by manager to SD ENU prompt folder
i took 15 mminutes to overwrite
my first try to check voicemail worked
i can hear turkish VM voices meaning i have no messages
after restart IP500V2
VM is gone
i tried to restore files from backup but
backup does not exist prompts
so i could not return to original english sounds

Try this:

Make a backup of the folder "Memorycards" within C:/Program Files/Avaya/IP Office/Manager

Then Copy all your CLP files in to the folder ENU of the original Memorycards -> Common Files folder.

Then recreate the SD card (make a backup of you config and all files you want)

When you recreate the card if also uses the turkish files that are copied in to the ENU folder.

I guess it doe snot like the copying the way you did it.
