Hi Every one need help I have IPOffice 500v1 R5 and have upgrade standard to Professional R9 LIC when i add it IPO it show Obsolete. What I do ?

Hi,
A quick google search tells me that R9 is not supported on a IPO 500v1. It appears you need V2 to run R9+

Dear tac84 thank you for your reply it work IPO 500v1 unfortunately old 500v1 burn so I try with new 500v1.

IP500v1 can run R9.0, for R9.1 you'll need a IP500v2.

There is no Upgrade Standard to Professional license in R9, this was required in earlier releases.
That's why you need to upgrade to 8.0 first so you get the Essential Edition license.

Dear Janni78 Thank you so much you given me a very use full information.
So you say first 1 upgrade 8.0 and then 9.0 not 9.1

Yes, you need to upgrade to 8.0 and make sure you get the Virtual Essential Edition license before you upgrade to 9.0.
It's all in the release notes :)

Hi Janni 78 still have not success to upgrade IPO 500v1 8.1 to 9.x I have LIC Virtual Essential Edition as well but still failed.

What you mean it fails?

Which version are you trying to upgrade to?

Eleven days in... You would be money ahead to migrate the licenses and get a V2. (Personal opinion)

Virtual Essential Edition license is NOT an UPGRADE License. You need to purchase the proper licensing, and as Byrd boy said, i would just go to R11 and a 500v2....

Your "upgrade standard to Professional R9 LIC" is not the upgrade license either. I would get someone that understands the licensing and the platform and just walk away.

Standard to Professional is todays preferred edition. Essential edition is a step down from preferred. At this point I would look for a bussiness partner that knows what they are doing. You would be money ahead.
