ip500 upgrade from 11.0 to latest version fails

I have turned my firewall off on my pc, but still fails when I try to upgrade box.
any thoughts?

I will try lowering security settings.
I have tried the passwords.
thanks to you both. I will reply again if that works.

What release are you trying to upgrade to? What error are you getting?
