IP500 Relase 5.0.15 Direct to voicemail shortcode

Upraded from 4.1 to 5.0.15 IP500. I had an old shortcode below:

Voicemail Collect
#N
0

worked fine on release 4.1 but now it automatically inserts this on 5.0.10

Voicemail Collect
"#N"
0

and it doesn't work? Anybody? I want the ability to hit transfer * # EXTENSION NUMBER Transfer to send to a specific users mailbox.

Thanks. I've been changing Voicemail Collect to a different feature, removing the quotes and then changing it back.
