IP500 Point to Point caller id

Hey everybody. Hoping someone has a answer to this one. I have (2) IP 500 with inbound/outbound PRI curcuits each and a voice Point to Point t-1 between the two. My question... is there a way to get caller id across the point to point? either extension number or inbound calls? The point to point is just a E&M Tie, is there a way to change the trunk type or short code change so the other extension can get something other than "external"? Any help would ge great.

Make the point to point a PRI or use routers and convert it to an ehternet handoff. You wont get caller id over T1.
