Customer has Server Edition R11.1.2.3.0.47, Primary and Secondary 8 IP500 expansions.
When logging in with Manager random IP500 expansion will show offline and others will flash red/green and off in the Solution pane, but when logging in with Web Management all systems show green and online. The systems that show as offline, I can still access with Manager and the SCN trunks are up in SSA, so they are reachable. The system has been running fine since we upgraded them last fall. I talked with the customer, he said they have made no firewall changes. SE Central Access is unchecked.
Any ideas?
