IP403 Office lost ip address 4

We have an ip office we pulled off of a shelf and cant remember the ip address. How do we find it?

Use this link and get into the DTE port and look for the LAN address in hex. then google IP converters and convert it.

Just use manager ans set the ipaddres (for searching) to 255.255.255.255
It will do a broadcast wich should work

Otherwise use the DTE method and type this:

at
at-debug
system
It will show you the ipaddress

I have tried the DTE way and defaulting the system by

AT-X1
AT-X2
AT-X3
AT-X4

I am still unable to log in to the system using the ADMINISTRATOR as the user name and password. The ip adderess is back tp 192.168.42.1. any ides why i wouldnt be able to log in. Is there any way the passwords didnt get defaulted???

What version is the manager you are using?

Well, if you're on older software the login info is:

username: Administrator
password: password

Only versions 3.2+ has the Administrator has the password also. Maybe it's 4.0+, I am having a brain cramp.. Regardless, try password as the password.

Also Administrator is not in CAPS, just the "A" is!!

If fully defaulted.

As spelt (Including case)

USER - Administrator
PASSWORD - - Administrator

If as stated above system is <3.2

Manager password is:
- Administrator
- Administrator

Login should be

- password.
