One of my customers has an IP500 Office system that is being setup with analog trunk lines. 8 of the lines are provided using IP500 daughter cards on analog/digital cards. The additional 8 were to be done using IP400 Analog Trunk 4 modules attached to legacy card carriers.

The problem I am having with the setup is the IP400 cards are refurbished units. So far, none of the units have worked in the system (red light on bootup). I went through the usual suspects of erasing the config, upgrading the firmware, swapping cards and slot numbers.

After much digging around, I see that there is an older IP400 trunk card (SAP 70185192) and a newer Uni trunk card (SAP 700359938). The documentation says that only the newer card will work with an IP500.

So my question is, how can I tell the difference. None of the cards I have (and there are 5 of them sitting here now) have either of those sap codes on them. So is there an easy way to tell the difference?

Those cards do not work.
You need the ATM 4 Uni.

But how can I tell if the cards I have are the ATM 4 Uni or the older cards by looking at them?
