Hi, i use a Ip2050 softphone in my laptop on "ADSL connection" and VPN (with Check point) to my office. The problem is ; when i start the application, the softphone work great. But after a certain time (variable), i placed a call and i'm able the receive call (the connection was made) but we have no audio !!
1- The firewall in the office was cheked aud no port blocked...
2- Windows firewall on my laptop was disable...
Any idea ??
