IP2050 audio problem

Hi, i use a Ip2050 softphone in my laptop on "ADSL connection" and VPN (with Check point) to my office. The problem is ; when i start the application, the softphone work great. But after a certain time (variable), i placed a call and i'm able the receive call (the connection was made) but we have no audio !!

1- The firewall in the office was cheked aud no port blocked...
2- Windows firewall on my laptop was disable...

Any idea ??
 
Do you have the latest softphone release? I think its around 3. something now.
 
I am troubleshooting a similiar issue with a user on DSL, running version 2.01.0260. I test with a user on Fios and no issues, the phone stay up for 8 hours with no issues. I will let you know if we find anything.

GTexx, which client do you use for VPN access at your office ?

 
We had a trial version of the one you are using now and had issues, not with QoS, but with audio levels.
We tried various headset etc. Bring issue to vendor to investigate further.
 
Static or Fixed address on the DSL?

DHCP address is to give by a lynksys router and when the connection was made with check point SecureClient to my office, another DHCP is to alot for access our network.
