IP Phones and SCN

I have a two node system with IP406v2 at each end and are communicating via SCN. I have 5 IP Phones off of the first node.

Here is the issue. When a user (IP Phone) calls the 2nd node system, they hear ringing and node 2 answers. But once the call is connected, the callers cannot hear each other.

Now for the twist, The IP Phones can Intercom Dial node 2 with success!!

Any ideas?

Had the same issue - and I had some ringing fine and connecting great but no displays - all turned out to be UDP settings. what type of switches are you running the network on?

Cisco's, don't know the models though. (will ask)

Check the job aids - there are a few UDP's that have to have access and it needs to be a level 2-3 w/ QOS. Don't quote me but I would definitely chase the ports first I have seen too many quirky issues like this.
