Hi all

I'm installing a new IP Office system with a AVPP to control the WiFi phones.

The phones register on the PBX, I can see them on system status, but the phones won't make nor receive any calls.

I've traced the traffic on the switch and I can see the packets going from the phone to the AVPP and from the AVPP to the IP500, but I cant figure out anything from that except that they can see each other...

I've been through all manuals and guides on the Avaya support site I could find, plus some info on Polycom and here, but i'm still stuck....

One thing seems odd on the SVP stats... the socket's are all in use, although no calls are in place..

the last time i had this issue it was 1 of 2 things. Firmware on the phones or they were not set to IP Office in each phone

Tks kwing.

The phones are set to IP Office, so I'll check the firmware.

Tks kwing.

The firmware was OK, the phone wasn't set to IP Office... :D

Works fine.

Best Regards
