I have two IP406 networked with centralized VM and just recently invested in the multisite ECAS software. I was told I would be able to get the number of calls that went to a specific group, number of answered calls in that group along with number of calls that went to voicemail. I have not been able to figure out how to get the number of calls that went to voicemail. Has anyone with ECAS experienced this and is there a fix? Thanks
 
If memory servers, you have to look via the "pilot" number assigned to the voicemail in eCAS.

In you're experience were you able to identify each call terminating into voicemail by individual extension number or just the total amount in general that went to voicemail. Our goal is to identify individuals who are not answering their phones and justletting calls go to VM.
