Is anyone having trouble using ip office Web manager on release 9.0.3. It works on 9.0.1 but can't get the page to load for release 9.0.3.
This is not Server edition. I have tried on 2 different systems and same problem.
Thanks

I had a similar problem on release 8.1, I was on cust lan and still wouldn't load so I static my laptop to 192.168.43.5 and went in through the wan port, it took about a minute to load but it did work, give it a try, sorry not too much experience yet with server edition, but give it a try and see if that works.

I think that the IP500v2 is not powerful enough for the webmanager.
On a server edition it is already slow.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I just connected today with a 8.1 release and had to use the wan port to do this but very very slow, had to do the ip office online boarding

It is very slow for sure on the release 9.0.1
I have to be able to get the onboarding file for registration purposes.
I have tried all 3 browsers but no success. The wheel just spins and spins after selecting Ip Office Web manager.

use mozilla fire fox only for this (gives the best results) and be patient it took a while for me as well

It has taken about 3-5 minute for the number of on-boarding that I have done, be patient. I recommend Firefox as well.

Exactly not a quick process, be patient

I've been waiting over 20 minutes.it works on 9.0.1 it just seems like 9.0.3 has a bug or something. maybe I need to reformat my sd card or something. it just seems odd that it happens on two different systems.

did you try the wan port as I have suggested?

I'm installing on Monday and will give that a shot. Thanks for the suggestion.

If the onboarding file is just for IPOSS, then I have found it is easier to just take a note of the hardware components part numbers and whether they have essential edition or preferred edition licences, and then manually enter the parts in IPOSS.

Same result but without the hassle of webmanager (especially if needing to use ISDN to access the system).

Still no luck. I think it has something to do with my Java though. I turned my security down to medium level and was at that point able to access system status through the web browser but still cant get the onboarding file. Wheel is just spinning round and round. I guess at this point I will take your advice Pepp77 and do it manually.
Thanks for all the responses.

Try upgrading "even though you aren't" and select upload system files. I have found the web manager files missing and this fixed it.
