IP Office Web Manager problem

I Have IP Office 9.0.2 Version and im trying to enter to the webmanager system. When I put the IP off the IP OFfice i get the page where i can choose between:

IP Office Web Manager

System Status

Knowledge Base

Avaya Support


When i click IP Office Web Manager I get this error "Embedded File Server File Does Not Exist"

I just reboot the system and get the same. I need to enter the web manager but i cant, any idea of the problem??

There isnt a conectivity problem, i can get the IP without any problem.

Make sure when you perform the Build to include the Webmanger files.

Indeed, when the SD card was recreated/upgraded they said "No" to the option to include web Manager files...whoever it was

The IP Office was 8.1 version, I upgrade it at Advanced ---> Upgrade...

Nothing else, is anything that i am forgeting??

Good, i understand.. so i need to format the SD Card and recreat it again??

When you upgrade or recreate an SD card a window asks if you want to include web manager files, it will not proceed until you answer yes or No

Upgrade simply updates bin files on unit and does nothing to the SD for supporting Webadmin.
You must perform a rebuild on the SD Chip and make sure to include Webmanger files.

Im having a problem rebuilding the SD Card.. the option is grayed out..

I copy the folder and changed the name of it, binary files directory andd working directory is the same (the folder of manager that i copy) but still dont work.. i just try changing both directory to each ohter, the manager directory, teh copy one and all other things but still grayed out..

At this moment:

Working Directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager_9_0_2

Binary files directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager_9_0_2

Known Units Files: Nothing


Any idea?¨

Why are you copying folders? Just use a PC that Manager 9.0.2 is installed on with its default settings

I saw that in an older post.. if i just use:

Binary files directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager

Known Units Files: Nothing

Do not work, that was the initial configuration but still grayed out.. maybe i just need to reinstall manager??

The BIN files i have at the Mamnager Folder are:

- avpots16.bin
- dsaupnV1.bin
- ip500.bin
- ip500v2.bin
- naatm16.bin
- nadcp-16.bin
- nadcpaV1.bin
- nadcpaV2.bin
- naDCPV2.bin
- nas0-16.bin

Is anything that iam missing? i cant rebuild my SD card... Are there the files that will allow me to enter the web manager??
